Do broken pickleballs in the trash have you bummed? Currently, there are roughly 36 million pickleball players who love to play this game and the numbers are growing exponentially. We all see plastic overflowing landfills and choking oceans and the 500 million pickleballs manufactured this year are contributing to the waste. We need to do something!
Recycling? We know small steps, multiplied by millions, is a winning formula. We all love pickleball, but we need to do our part in preserving our planet for future pickleheads. Gather Up those broken pickleballs for us to recycle them in a productive way. Encourage your league and tournament directors to work with us in providing recycled awards and medals.
Are you in? We can recycle through a supportive community effort. Help us bring those broken pickleballs back to life by actively pulling them out of your trashcans and landfills and save them for us. We need your help and participation!
How do I help? Collect broken pickleballs, save them for us, and let us know. Ask your local league and tournament directors to use our recycled awards instead of dye cast metal and plastic. Our awards are all created from recycled pickleballs, bottle caps and other materials. Winners on the podium get the extra satisfaction of knowing they also positively impacted the environment with our beautiful, recycled award draped around their necks.
